Generating a Table of Contents
To generate a Table of Contents during export, check the Generate Table of Contents section in the Export Profile dialog.
To add Table of Contents to your document, click on the switch to turn it on.
The following table lists the default and possible settings:

Max heading depth

The maximum heading depth shown in the Table of Contents.
Display mode
Flat
Flat - Has no spaces before the text. Hierarchical - The different levels separated by spaces before the text.
