# Distribution lists

Distribution lists are named groups of email recipients of any kind.&#x20;

To see distribution lists, go **OUTGOING EMAILS** --> **Distribution Lists**.

For further details click the name of the distribution list. To edit or delete one, click the three dots next to the name of a list and choose **Edit** or **Delete**.

### Creating a distribution list

1\. To add a new list, click **Add**.

2\. Name your list, optionally add a description, and choose recipients from the **Email recipients** drop-down list, or enter addresses on your own then click **Save**.

Result: Once a Distribution List is created, it can be chosen as recipient on the email screen while sending a manual email.
