Mail Server Connections

Basic authentication

Basic authentication (with username and password) is only supported for custom mail server connections. Connecting to Gmail or Microsoft accounts requires OAuth2 for security reasons.

OAuth2 credentials

OAuht2 credentials are required to connect to Microsoft as well as Gmail servers.

To manage the OAuth2 Credentials, go to the Email This Issue configuration and choose OAuth2 Credentials under the Settings menu item.
