# Top-level menu navigation

Email This Issue adds a menu to the top navigation bar in Jira. It is called Emails and provides quick access to Email This Issue navigation screens.

**Note**: The **Emails** menu is currently visible to Jira Administrators only.&#x20;

In the near future, permissions will be used to get access Email This Issue configuration screens and menu.

## How to remove the Emails menu completely? <a href="#toplevelmenunavigation-howtoremovetheemailsmenucompletely" id="toplevelmenunavigation-howtoremovetheemailsmenucompletely"></a>

As of now, you need to do the following:&#x20;

1\. Go to the Jira Admin menu and click **Manage apps**.

2\. Find Email This Issue Server and choose **Disable**.
