# Feedback and Support

This page can be accessed from Jira Administration -> Addons -> Email This Issue, in the bottom section of the left side navigation bar:

The main channel of support is our [Service Management Customer Portal](https://metainf.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1) which is open for public signup. Along with the Customer Portal, our email channel is available at <support@metainf.atlassian.net>.
