Automation Action
Email This Issue has its own email sending Automation Action that can be set up in an automation rule. Adding the Action is done through the Automation Rule screen under the "Automation" page of a project or globally.
After adding the action, you can configure the following settings for your email sending. Some kind of recipient is required, but the subject and email body settings are optional. These are also smart value capable fields.
Emails sent via Automation action are going to be sent out using the connection that is configured via the Advanced Email Configuration. If there is none, then the default connection will be used. When no connection is available, then the email sending will be marked as a failure. Automation Action will also only use the HTML version of you template.
