# Myra Integration

If [Myra](https://docs.meta-inf.hu/myra-master-your-ratings) is installed on your site, you can integrate it with Email This Issue with ease. Simply put a Myra automation action in your rule and after that an Email This Issue action. It is important that the [Myra action](https://docs.meta-inf.hu/myra-master-your-ratings/use-myra/make-use-of-automation-action) is executed earlier in the rule. Your Survey link will be automagically added to your email.

You can use our #renderCustomerSatisafactionSurvey() macro in an existing template, create a brand new Template from the defaults, or if you would like to have even more custom solution use the $!myraUrl variable in your template.&#x20;

If you do not have a Myra action in your Automation rule, or if it appears after the Email This Issue action, the macro will not render in your email. This means that the stars won't show in your received email.
