In order to get full functionality and a seamless experience with Email This Issue integration (including Microsoft Graph connections), you need to upgrade to the latest version of both Email This Issue (9.9.1-GA) and Glass Project Documentation/Information (3.3.3.1-GA). In addition to that, please ensure that you run a Jira version compatible with both apps at the same time (Jira 9.0+).
