Why cannot I select custom event types in notification?

Email This Issue for Jira Cloud can listen on only the default events provided by Jira Core, and Jira Service Management.

Core events are the following:

• Issue Created

• Issue Updated

• Issue Assigned

• Issue Resolved

• Issue Closed

• Issue Commented

• Issue Reopened

• Issue Deleted

• Issue Moved

• Work Logged

• Work Started

• Work Stopped

• Generic Event

• Comment Deleted

Service Management events are the following:

• Public comment added

• Public comment edited

• Internal comment added

• Internal comment edited
