How to view Customer and License Details
Once the Entitlement Number has been saved in the request, the most important detais of the customer, the license and solution partner involved are accessible from the issue glance panel.
Open the panel by clicking the button in the right side panel
The button opens an issue glance panel with customer, license and partner details
If the entitlement number is not saved in the Entitlement Number field or if data is not found in the Marketplace for the entered value, the panel displays an informative message respectively.
