OAuth Consent Request

The app is built on platform. Forge comes with many benefits but also some annoying behaviour as well. One of them the so called OAuth Consent. The first time the app is shown to a user, Atlassian Forge requests the user's consent to allow the app to access the pages the current user can see. Providing consent is necessary to use the app. Again, this is a requirement imposed by the Forge platform, not by the app vendor.

Users need to click Allow access and click through the next step.

Accepting OAuth Consent Requests

To use the app, users must click Accept in this screen

Using the app

Once Accepted the app is ready to use.
