Children display
A page is not included in the macro.
If a page is not displayed by the macro, but you think you should see it there, check the followings:
Is the "Depth of Descendants" option is on a proper level? See details here.
Do you have permission to see the page?. Please ask your administrator.
I can't see an "open" icon next to the page title.
The page does not contain any headers. Please check the page content.
In the macro properties the "Minimum Heading Level" option is on a too high level, or "Maximum Heading Level" is on a too low level. See details here
Table of content
I have an h2 header in the first place, but it is on the same level as an h1 header.
This is a normal behaviour of this macro. It orders the header levels at first then displays it. The first higher level headers go to lower level places.
I can't see some headers in the Table of Contents.
In the macro properties the "Minimum Heading Level" option is on a too high level, or "Maximum Heading Level" is on a too low level. Find details here.
Cloud Specific

OAuth Screen comes back after allowing access
There is a rare issue with Forge when you can not allow access, and it will result in an infinite access loop. In this case visit your apps page here: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps
You must manually remove access for Advanced Content Navigator. After this, you can successfully allow access, and the app will work again.
How to migrate from to Cloud
There is no automatic migration path between the server and cloud platforms because the app differs on many levels and is paid for over 10 users.
You can install ACNC on cloud, find which pages had a macro inserted, and manually replace them once.
As the Cloud version has new features like Space Navigator and ACNC that can be accessed without editing the page, this might save you some time!
