🥷[NEW] Filtering

Quickly search for or hide unwanted pages.

When we implemented filtering, we listened to our users (including ourselves) and aimed to solve these requests:

  • "I want to quickly find a page in the page tree, which name I know."

  • "I want to exclude some pages which are not interesting for me (white/blacklisting)."

  • "I want to overview only a subset of the space."

So, we crafted filtering to enable super quick navigation in the space or to exclude some content.

Filter behavior

You can filter by

  • Page title

  • Changes (updated or unread)

  • Created date

  • Last updated date

  • Page status

  • Assignee

  • Owner

  • [NEW] Label

  • [NEW] Content type

Filters are joined by AND, so when multiple filters are enabled, only pages where both are true will be returned.

Unmatched pages with a desired child in the results will be greyed out, and actions—like expand all—can be performed on them.

Keep child pages

By checking the Keep child pages setting, ACNC will show not just the filter result, but all the child pages the resulted pages have.

The filter section can be hidden by pressing the filter button, and the current view can be saved for every visitor as it is visible (alongside every other setting in the tree).
