Font settings in case of PDF export

Custom fonts

You can select any previously uploaded font. Read more about it in PDF Custom Fonts.

Adding additional fonts

You can add multiple custom fonts to the PDF export, and use them to customize the output of the PDF export. Follow the steps below to add a additional font to your export:
1. Add the font to your custom fonts list.
Important: The CSS name field is necessary.
2. Create or add a new connection to your font in a custom stylesheet, where font-family must be your CSS name:
h1 {
font-family: additionalFont;
}
3. Start a new PDF export and set up the following: a. Select your custom stylesheet. b. Select the additional font. c. Export.
Note: If choose to export multiple pages, each confluence page starts on a new page.

Table formatting

If you are exporting content with a big table that does not fit on the page, you may have some influence on how tables are generated.
  • You can enable to automatically decrease font size. By enabling this option the font size will be resized to smaller if the table content is too long.
  • Word breaking can be forced to break the words at any two characters.

Page numbering

You can select the first and last numbered page for your Table of Contents and for your header footer numbering.
Note: The document hierarchy is the following.
  1. 1.
    Front cover page
  2. 2.
    Table of contents (can be multiple pages)
  3. 3.
