CRM for Jira


Email This Issue supports the use of CRM for Jira add-on. CRM for Jira allows users to define companies and contacts belonging to these companies. It also offers lots of custom field types, including:

  • CRM Contact

  • CRM Contacts

  • CRM Property

Email This Issue recognizes these field types and can send emails to the contacts selected in these fields.

Steps to use:

  1. Add one or more custom fields of CRM Contact, CRM Contacts, CRM Property to your project.

  2. Select a contact or contacts in the fields.

  3. When you send manual emails or configure event notifications or Workflow post functions, select these custom fields as recipients. Read more about these under this chapter here.
