Using reply templates

Reply templates are regular Email Templates in Email This Issue you can use when you hit Reply or Forward in the Email Audit Log.

Configuring new templates

We recommend you to configure your email template as described in Email templates. Create your own Reply category and templates to use, for example:

Note: You can use the "- Please reply above this line -" text with Split Regex to cut off old content. Read more here.

Applying reply templates

Once created, please do the following:

1. Go to Contexts under OUTGOING EMAILS.

2. Click the three dots the next to the name of the project and choose Edit.

3. Add the Reply category to the Template Categories field under the Content panel.

4. Click Save. For more information, see Contexts.
