Enabling template categories so templates can be chosen on the Email screen
Email This Issue allows users to select the premade template they want to use for sending manually composed emails. Learn how to create such templates here. When a template is created, it can be put under a Category. The template category attribute is used for grouping templates.
To be able to choose them from the email screen, first go to the Contexts menu item under OUTGOING EMAILS and scroll down to Template Categories under Content and select the desired template categories.
Templates belonging to the selected categories will be available on the Email screen from the scroll down menu:
