9.7.0 Improvements and fixes

What's new?

Testing Mail Handler A new "Test Handler" button is present on the MailHandlers' configuration page to allow uploading eml files so that the Handler can be tested in an easier mode.

What's fixed?

• Comment notifications when triggered via Mobile API event

• Reply / Reply all rollback for previously Outgoing emails

• Fixed missing Email Templates on the Manual Email screen if first sending was not possible due to missing recipients
