The Feedback and Support page is used to make it easier for our users to find resources on Email This Issue. This page can be accessed from Jira Administration -> Addons -> Email This Issue, in the bottom section of the left side navigation bar:

Email This Issue is actively supported by META-INF for active subscriptions. Click on the link for our General Terms and Conditions for Product Support, for the summary, please click here.
The main channel of support is our Service Management Customer Portal which is open for public signup. Along with the Customer Portal, our email channel is available at support@metainf.atlassian.net.
