# Access restriction icon is not appearing when adding internal attachments via Email this Issue Users have already gotten used to the lock icon that represents internal attachments in Jira. Such files are only visible to the team members. However, if an attachment is added via Email This Issue (e.g. by adding an internal (private) comment from an incoming email) the restriction icon can not be added to the attachment. Regarding attachment handling, Email This Issue will still treat the affected unmarked attachments as internal ones, thus data leaking will be avoided.
