Why is the Incoming Mail Queue size limited?
The Succeeded queue in the Incoming Mail Queue page used to store all successfully processed emails.
However, the overall size of this queue has been increased so dramatically week by week that we needed to make restrictions in order keep the app stable and our database scalable.
From mid-June 2021, the Succeded queue will only store successfully processed emails from the past 90 days. This means you’ll be able to search for and review the emails from the past 3 months, but not earlier ones.
This change does not affect the other queues.
