# Sending auto-reply emails

Use the **Send auto-reply** action to send auto-reply emails and choose from a template. By default the sender of the auto reply emails will be the default reporter.

Here  **From Address** and **From Name** can be set too. The SMTP server must accept the specified From Address as a valid sender (support relaying).
